I WENT TO THE BEACH TODAY AND… now
pain pulsates through my body
i suffer for having to walk at all today
my legs scream in pain
feet tired
my chest is bruised on the inside
arms and shoulders
exhausted
neck
my neck
i wish
my neck
was
not
so
tense
so
i
could
relax
but that is not the case
and
to top off this day
i have a headache and
my heart is heavy on this day.
WHILE AT THE BEACH… I DID
have a nice time with my very close friends
we ate great food, good conversation
wonderful weather
i
did
relax.
i
should
have
stayed
at
the
beach!

I was wondering about what you said as to your chest feeling bruised on the inside. Do you mean physically? Mine hurts really bad on the inside, it does feel bruised. Sometimes I think this is the worst of all the places to hurt. It’s scary. It hurts to breath if I am late with my pain meds, even if it’s only an hour or so late. Then the mornings, not always but sometimes I wake up and my chest hurts so bad, well, it is horrible.
I’m sorry you had to feel the pain.
Yes, physically to the touch. I agree it is one of the worst places because sometimes I feel like I can’t breathe too. The best thing to do, I have found is to really relax and meditate, close your eyes and do some of the breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
I am so frustrated these days with all the pain… I have to get back to my own practicing what I preach and try to exercise and relax more… sometimes it’s not so easy… and these months? not so easy! :)
I know what you mean about the meds too, I gotta get better about my schedule. I just hate putting all this stuff in my system. But… what do you do? It would only help me, so I should just do it and stop complaining! :)

Wonderful! It’s funny…………I hate the humidity but I could stay at the beach. I do relax looking at the water. The tweet about the can’s just cracked me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
